on your Cape Town holiday

Waterfront Cape Town

Your Cape Town holiday
You're planning your holiday in Cape Town and you're not sure where to start. Where do you go when you arrive and what do you do?

I've set up this page to help you make the most of the time you have available, be it 3 days, 5 days or longer. I also recommend some popular Cape Town accommodation establishments which will make you feel right at home.

In fact the pages on this site are all aimed at making your holiday in Cape Town a pleasant and memorable experience! All you need to do is have fun!

The easiest way, by the way, to see what this site offers you is to browse my home page, or site map. where you'll find lots of useful information.

The following areas offer a wide range of accommodation
City Bowl Cape Winelands V&A Waterfront
South Peninsula Atlantic Seaboard(N) Atlantic Seaboard(S)

Where to stay
Lets start with your accommodation. There are a lot of excellent choices of accommodation in Cape Town and a good number of pages on this site are devoted to this topic. It all depends on your budget and where you want to be. Starting with budget backpacker hostels, you gradually work your way up the scale to luxury hotelsand villas.

Personally, I go for the the typical mid range Cape Town Guest House- with a view of course, which is generally owner managed and offers a personal service to match, as well as lots of useful Cape Town holiday information. Here are links to pages I've devoted to some reputable establishments:

Chesterfield Manor Guest House
Eagles Nest Guest House
Marianella Guest House
Cape Oasis Guest House
Villa Hout Bay Heights

Having decided on your Cape Town holiday accommodation and established yourself comfortably, it's time to start appreciating our famous Cape attractions. Your itinenary will depend on whether you are taking a package tour or travelling independantly of course, but there's certainly a lot to see and do.

Well I've found just the right company, and what's more I've arranged a discount for you on the cost. Touring Cape Town
