Cape Town Weather in July

by Suhas
(Maharashtra, India)

We are planning to spend 6 nights in Cape Town during July and August. What is the weather like at that time? What clothes we should Carry?

Is Indian food available in Cape Town near city centre?

Thanks & Regards

July and August is midwinter in Cape Town. The weather at that time of year is likely to be wet, windy and cold - although sunny warm days often occur.

You will need warm clothing and there are plenty of clothing stores in Cape Town if required.

Indian food is readily available all around Cape Town. The V&A Waterfront has a wide selection of restaurants catering to all tastes.

Here's a useful Cape Town travel guide

Enjoy your stay!
